The answers below reflect how the app and this website work today. For account-specific help, contact support from the address associated with your account.
A drop needs coordinates to appear on a map. They may come from the photo's own metadata, a place you select on the map, or foreground device location while you are using the relevant map action. DropLine never tracks location in the background.
It depends on where you dropped it. Group maps are visible only to members and their content is end-to-end encrypted. Your personal map is visible only to you. A photo becomes publicly visible only when you explicitly publish it to your public profile or to a DL Point.
Group photos are encrypted on your phone before they are uploaded. The decryption keys exist only on the phones inside that group; DropLine's servers store the encrypted bytes without being able to open them, and this website cannot open them either. That is why group content is never shown on the web.
Signing in on the web would mean putting your account, and eventually your encryption keys, in a browser. DropLine deliberately keeps private content on the phone: the website serves public profiles, DL Points, and information pages only.
Enable your public profile and choose a handle in the app. The resulting page lives at /u/your-handle and contains only the drops you chose to publish.
Use the report action in the app, or write to [email protected] with the page link and enough detail to identify the content. Reports about unlawful content are handled under Turkish Law No. 5651 on hosting providers.
Write to [email protected] from the address registered on your account. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest. The KVKK notice sets out the full list of rights and the formal application channels.
Use Settings → Account in the mobile app while signed in. If you no longer have app access, the account data page explains the identity-verified path.
